Easy reach of many restaurants and bars, the Avon and Kennet canal and the River Avon. Two double rooms (one ensuite), one twinking ensuite and one twin room. Bathroom, Living room 37 plasma TV with freeview (3.65mx3m), small galley kitchen for preparing simple meals, dining room (2.65x2.8m) and additional bathroom. Sleeps up to 8 persons. On street parking (Residents Permits) and small garden to front and rear. All bedrooms have plasma TV with freeview.WE DO NOT HAVE A FAX MACHINE

From RailwayCoach Stations:Exit onto Manvers St, pass the Police Station and turn right into North Parade. At 'T' juction turn right and take 2nd left into Pulteney Gardens.From M4 Motorway:Take A46 follow signs to Bath. Join dual carriage way and take slip road to Bath. At roundabout take 3rd exit to London Road, at main traffic lights turn left into Cleveland Place. Stay on A36, becomes Pulteney Road, pass under railway bridge and take 2nd turning on left into Pulteney Gardens.Please note, we do not have a reception, so please advise us of your arrival time in advance and provide a mobile phone number.
