Bath > Bath Guesthouses > Bloomfield House

An elegantly built Georgian family house, Bloomfield House is an Eco-friendly, family run and pet-friendly establishment (pets are accepted by prior arrangement). Built in the 18th Century, the house was once owned by the Lord and Lady Mayoress of Bath. The accommodation itself combines fine arts and antiques with splendid views overlooking Bath. We offer romantic four poster bedrooms, half testers and a cosy south facing single room.We use organic and local ingredients in our breakfasts which are served until 11.00am every day. The guest house has a friendly relaxed atmosphere and is situated in a quiet elevated location with a 20 minute walk down to the City Centre. We politely ask guests to confirm an approximate time of arrival. Please note for those with allergies that we have a friendly dog and a few cats (public areas only).

Directions

From the M4 Junction 18. When you arrive in Bath, at first follow signs for 'Warminster or Bristol', NOT city centre, keep following the route around the city, still following Through Routes Bristol signs, through 2 sets of lights, one roundabout, another set of lights (under a railway bridge) then look for signs for the A37 (A367) to Shepton Mallet and Radstock. Take this road (Wells Road) uphill 'till the road levels out, Bloomfield Road is a right fork ahead of you, just after a monkey puzzle tree! Bloomfield House is the second hotel on the right. Call 01225 420105 if you have any difficulties. We look forward to seeing you.
